Hangzhou Teacher's College at Zhejiang University

Early childhood educators in China have translated Habits of Helpers, the second Full-Circle Learning manual to be translated into Chinese. They are adapting it for use in the university’s experimental schools, which serve 1,000 students, and have also trained teachers throughout the Jiangsu province. As a premier Full-Circle Learning program in China, this model will serve as an ongoing study. So far, more than 60 teachers have experienced an onsite workshop, and selected faculty and teachers at the university are engaged as participants in the continual program.

An earlier volume, Habits of Humanitarians, designed for older students, was already translated into Chinese with the help of CGIE and published by Beijing University Press in 2004. Articles about the model appeared in China Daily's education section after an eight-lecture tour to universities and schools in 2005.
